This champagne seedli beurton & fils consists of 40% meunier, 40% pinot noir past, the laws 20% chardonnay. Wine contains 30% reservevin, fermented in steel tanks past, the laws through malolactic fermentation. Dosage is 9g l.
Color is light golden with green shades. Nose offers on blomsterkarakter, mature wheat, rape, praline past, the laws fresh meringue. Taste is fresh past, the laws fruity with hints of hazelnut, almond past, the laws roasted notes. It is well structured with dried fruits past, the laws one subtly touch of bitterness, there balances dè floral past, the laws fruity aromas. Aftertaste is renewable.
Server by 9-11 degrees. Perfect to shellfish, light dishes with bright meat or alone.
