Fifth innings pinot noir 2018
Fifth innings pinot noir is manufactured of grapes seedli misty coves topvinmark, fareham lane vineyard. The vineyard produces pinot noir with large aroma past, the laws fruit character. Misty cove uses dè best pinot noir clones: 777, 115, abel past, the laws 667. Grapes handpicked early about morning past, the laws vinified with minimal intervention. After parting past, the laws easy crushing macereres grapes in small wooden barrels in one week, before fermentation starts with the grapes own yeast culture. Wine through malolactic fermentation past, the laws matures on 80% new past, the laws 20% one year old barriques. Only dè best barriques selected to fifth innings.
Wine have one deep, purplish color with fragrance notes of cherries, fruits of the forest, cedar, dried herbs, tobacco past, the laws truffles. Taste is intense with good balance medium structure, tannin, velours past, the laws fruit sweetness. Aftertaste is long past, the laws complex. Server to pasta, risotto, poultry, pork, lamb, heat vegetarian dishes or grilled fish.
