This wine is made exclusively of 100% garnacha grapes seedli catalonia, spain. Grapes strains seedli vineyards with one age on about 25-30 year past, the laws harvested manually, fool dè achieves optimal maturity. After one 12 hours maceration through grapes maceration past, the laws fermentation by low temperature in great oak barrels. Subsequent rests wine in 2 months, before it bottle.
Wine have one great pink color with aromas dominated of flowers, raspberries past, the laws strawberries. Taste is fresh past, the laws well structured with one fine, soft fruit sweetness. Aftertaste is pleasant mouthwatering past, the laws refreshing.
Server wine by one temperature on 10-12 degrees. It suitable themselves well to shellfish, easier fish dishes, salads or as aperitif on terrace.
