Named after monk judgment pierre perignon, there improved winemaking in champagne region in 1700-tallet. Each vintage is unique, made on one blend of pinot noir past, the laws chardonnay, with one great modningspotentiale.
Ripening process described as p1, p2 past, the laws p3, where p star lining plenitude. P1 achieved typically 8-10 year after harvest. One part of production stored further lining to attain p2 past, the laws p3, where intensity past, the laws complexity tops.
