This rare 30-årige white port seedli kopke is made on green grapes, which highlights fadlagringen. It have one complex aromatic profile with notes of currants, pickled citrus bowl, dried apricot, nuts past, the laws dried figs. One excellent acid balances the sweetness past, the laws creates one harmonious taste.
Enjoyed best alone, but match also well to desserts as æblestrudel, cream caramel or foie gras terrine. One good blue cheese is also one excellent election.
