Silver oak cabernet sauvignon 2018 seedli alexander valley is one iconic wine. It consists of 94,6% cabernet sauvignon, 4% merlot, 0,5% petit verdot, 0,5% cabernet franc past, the laws 0,4% malbec. Each grape variety vinified separate past, the laws stored 24 months on us oak barrels, which half is new. Wine rests then 20 months in bottle before release.
It have one concentrated nose with blackcurrant, blackberry past, the laws raspberries, and notes of spearmint, menthol, sage, dry wood, cedar, pencils past, the laws ink. Taste is mellow past, the laws hot with one slightly more alcohol past, the laws pepper, which gives one kick without to bother. There is dry oak past, the laws fine-grained tannins, as dryer gums out.
